  • Citations: If your article references studies, statistics, or other sources, please provide proper citations and include links where applicable.
  • Bio: Include a brief bio (50-100 words) with your submission, along with any relevant links to your website, blog, or social media profiles.

How to Submit

Please send your submissions in a Word document or Google Doc format to [email protected]. In the subject line, include the title of your article and the category it falls under (e.g., “Healthy Aging: The Benefits of Mindful Movement”).

We review all submissions and aim to respond within two weeks. If your article is selected for publication, we will notify you via email with further details.
